We collect information to provide better services to all our users (aged 18 to 65):
- Personal Details: Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, and Home Address provided during account creation.
- My Request Section Data: Documents, application details, and personal information submitted when applying for services (e.g., PAN Card, Caste Certificate, Resident Certificate, Govt Forms).
- Shop & Business Data: Shop Name, Contact Information, Location, Category, and Real-Time Business Status (Open/Close status updated by shop owners).
- Contact Directory Information: Public and emergency contacts listed for community convenience.
- Device & Usage Data: Firebase Authentication details, push notification tokens, crash reports, and basic analytical data.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process online applications submitted via the My Request feature and provide Live Status Tracking for your requested services.
- To manage and display your verified documents securely in your Digital Locker (via CSC/Admin).
- To display verified village updates, government scheme information, and news.
- To show local shops along with their real-time Open / Close status.
- To provide an emergency and essential Contact Directory for villagers.
- To send alerts and updates via Push Notifications regarding service progress and village news.
4. Live Tracking & Data Privacy
- Request Tracking: Live status tracking of your service applications is private and visible only to you and authorized administrators.
- Shop Status: Real-time Open/Close status of listed shops is publicly available to help users check local store availability.
5. Document Handling & Security
- Personal documents submitted for service requests or stored in the Digital Locker are accessible only by the document owner and authorized administrators.
- We implement reasonable administrative and technical security measures to protect your documents.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal documents or request data to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. App Permissions

| Download / File Access | Required to store and download documents from your Digital Locker where requested. |
7. Third-Party Services
Our app integrates with trusted third-party services to ensure functionality and security:
- Firebase (Google): For Authentication, Realtime Database, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, and Analytics.
- Cloudinary: For secure document storage.
- OneSignal: For push notification management.
- Google AdMob: For displaying non-intrusive advertisements (in accordance with Google's ad policies).
8. Data Retention & Account Deletion
- Service Requests: Application data and chat messages related to requests are retained only as long as necessary to complete the requested service or up to 90 days.
- Account Deletion: You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

Upon verification, your account, submitted requests, and stored documents will be deleted within 72 working hours.
9. Children's Privacy
This application is intended for adult villagers (aged 18 and above) for digital service requests and local updates. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new app features or regulatory requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
